- Investigate the Tenants - Application process and credit bureau when required.
- Prepare and execute the leases
- Collect all rents and disburse according to client instructions.
- Handle maintenance and repairs as required.
- Provide a monthly and year-end accounting of income and expenses.
- Assist the client in collecting rent in small claims court, and/or prepare and file necessary court documents when eviction proceedings are required.
